Nintendo Switch 2 games prices are going up
While the original Switch largely maintained a $59.99 price point for most games (with Tears of the Kingdom being the exception at $69.99), the Switch 2 is seeing some price increases. Mario Kart World will launch at $79.99, while Donkey Kong Bananza will cost $69.99. This suggests Nintendo is following the industry trend toward higher prices for AAA titles on next-generation hardware.
Nintendo Switch 2 launches June 5 for $449.
