He is fit as of now, but the fitness certificate has not been received from CoE. It should be issued shortly,” a source said. Yadav was retained by LSG for Rs 11 cr and has been recovering from a back injury. He has been out of action since Oct 2024.

LSG have had a major problem with injuries to their premier pacers this season, with Avesh Khan and Akash Deep too recovering from different injuries at the start of the season.
Mohsin Khan was also injured and ruled out of the tournament before being replaced by Shardul Thakur. Despite the depleted attack, LSG have won four games.
