The National Insurance Company Limited (NICL) has officially released the interview schedule for provisionally shortlisted candidates. According to the company’s notice dated November 5, 2025, the interviews are scheduled to commence on November 26, 2025 (Wednesday). The detailed list containing the names of shortlisted candidates, along with the respective interview dates and venues, has been appended to the official notification.
Call letters to be available online
NICL has announced that individual interview call letters will soon be accessible for download from the Recruitment section of its official website: nationalinsurance.nic.co.in/recruitment.
The call letters will contain comprehensive information, including the date, time, and venue of interviews, as well as detailed instructions for candidates. Aspirants have been advised to regularly visit the website to stay updated regarding the availability of their call letters.
Provisional nature of admission
The company has reiterated that admission to the interview remains strictly provisional. The issuance of a call letter should not be viewed as confirmation of eligibility or selection. NICL has clarified that the verification of eligibility criteria, such as age, educational qualifications, and reservation category (Scheduled Caste, Scheduled Tribe, Other Backward Class, Economically Weaker Section, or Persons with Benchmark Disability), will be carried out only during the final stage of selection.
The notification further warns that if any discrepancies are found between the information furnished in the application and the original documents, the candidature will be immediately cancelled. NICL also reserves the right to initiate further action in such cases as it deems appropriate.
Documents and declarations required
In addition to the interview schedule, NICL will soon upload a declaration sheet, an instruction sheet, and an interview data sheet on its official website. Shortlisted candidates are required to download these documents, complete them carefully, and bring five (05) signed copies of the interview data sheet to the venue on the day of the interview. These forms will be essential for verification and record-keeping purposes.
Company’s clarification
Reaffirming its position, NICL has stated that appearing for the interview does not automatically guarantee selection. Only candidates who meet all eligibility requirements and successfully complete the verification process to be considered for the final appointment. The company’s notification highlights its commitment to maintaining transparency and merit-based recruitment standards.
