Call of Duty Black Ops 7 gameplay has been previewed by Activision during Gamescom's Opening Night Live event.
As you can see from the gameplay trailer below, the game takes place in locations such as Nicaragua, Los Angeles and Angola.
The game has been given a November 14 release date on PlayStation, Xbox and PC, although fans can play early by taking part in the open beta this October.
According to Activision, the Call of Duty Black Ops 7 open beta runs from 6pm BST UK time on October 5. It ends at the same time on October 8.
Fans can, however, check out the beta early by pre-ordering the game ahead of launch.
The Black Ops 7 early access beta kicks off at 6pm BST UK time on October 2, giving pre-order customers a full 72-hours of practice before the open beta begins.
Pre-order customers will also receive a selection of bonus items that can be used in Black Ops and Call of Duty Warzone.
First up us the Reznov Challenge Pack, which features a series of challenges that can be completed to unlock additional Operator Skins in the current game and Warone.
Pre-ordering the Vault Edition, meanwhile, unlocks four Operators, including Karma, Harper, T.E.D.D, and Reaper EWR-3.
That's on top of five Mastercraft Weapon Blueprints, as well as eight Ultra GobbleGums for Zombies, one full season of BlackCell content, and a Permanent Unlock Token for any Black Ops 7 Loadout or Scorestreak Level Unlock.
As for the game itself, Black Ops 7 actually sounds like it will do something a little different compared to previous releases.
The co-op campaign features endgame content that sees players team up to tackle "overwhelming odds".
"As you push deeper into the story, you'll master new abilities to deploy in the Campaign's epic Endgame, where you'll reach new levels of power to survive overwhelming odds in a brand-new PvE experience," reads the official description.
"This is the culmination of the Co-Op Campaign, where each Endgame run is a new step in the power journey as your squad is forced to adapt under pressure throughout all of Avalon."
Progression from the campaign also transfers over to Warzone and multiplayer (and vice-versa), meaning you can upgrade weapons and complete player challenges in the story mode.
In terms of multiplayer, Black Ops 7 launches with 16 signature 6v6 maps at launch. Three of the maps return from Black Ops 2, while the other 13 are brand new to the series.
The game also launches with two brand new large-scale maps, near-future weaponry and lots more.
