A newlywed couple have been torn apart after a dad and their baby daughter died on their way home from their honeymoon.
Hunter, 22, and Oakleigh Lyons, 17-months-old, were named as the victims of a deadly crash in Hardinsburg, Kentucky, US, on July 26. Their Chevrolet Silverado was struck by a rogue Ford F-150 which suddenly crossed the centre lane and smashed into them.
The dad and daughter were sadly pronounced dead at the scene after both of the cars erupted into flames. Mum Macey Lyons, was airlifted to hospital with non-life-threatening burn injuries. Joseph Maynary, 48, was named as the other driver. He also died at the crash site. It comes after a man died after his wife ran him over in car park in 'tragic accident'.

Kentucky Police said he drove his pickup truck into the other lane "for unknown reasons". The tragedy happened just days after Hunter and Macey tied the knot on July 14.
Hunter's mother Leigh Ann Payne-Weisser made an emotional post on social media and revealed Hunter was the second child she has lost. Her son Garrett passed away two years ago.
Leigh Ann wrote on Facebook: "On this particular anniversary, I know that he is the presence of his brother, Hunter and his most perfect niece, Oakleigh. It is my belief that Garrett has been watching over us and was there with open arms to welcome them home."
Oakleigh was described as a "ray of sunshine" who had a "sassy personality", according to their official obituary. It said: "Oakleigh was born in Owensboro, KY on February 22, 2024, and was a very loved little girl. Her smile was like a ray of sunshine and shone through in her sassy personality.
"She enjoyed being outdoors feeding apples to the horses and riding in the side by side. She and her Daddy shared a love of eating. She was funny and smart and loved her babydoll."
Other people paid tribute on Facebook, with one saying: "I’ve been a crying mess off and on all day. My heart is so heavy, and my mind just can’t make sense of it all." Someone else commented: "Please keep this beautiful girl in your prayers. Her world had just been shook to the core. I love this girl like one of my own. I watched her grow up with my kids and she in my home."
