Love Island fans left in tears as heartbreaking scenes unfold between male Islanders

It was an emotional night inLove Islandtonight as the fallout from last night's dramatic recoupling continued. The Islanders were left in shock when Toni decided to couple up with Harrison, and tonight she had the dreaded conversation with former partner Cach.

“That was one of the most embarrassing things I’ve been through in my entire life… You knew what decision you wanted to make, you were just waiting for the go ahead from someone else," he told Toni. "I can’t respect that. Good luck with your endeavours," he said as he was seen walking away after giving her a hug.

He was later seen catching up with Ty on the terrace, as he broke down in tears as he became overwhelmed with emotion. In an emotional moment, Ty was seen wiping Cach's tears, as he admitted he was embarrassed of the whole situation.

"No man, don’t be. This is no reflection of you, it’s them," Ty said as Cach told him he hadn't cried in years.

"This is real though, it’s you. Better to let stuff like this out then bottle it up. Doesn’t make you any less of a man, in fact more of a man," Ty said in emotional scenes.

Love Island fans were left in tears as they took to X, formerly known as Twitter to express their heartbreak. "Cach is breaking my heart," said one, while another said: "CASH I AM SO SORRY YOU ARE BREAKING MY HEART!!! YOU DESERVE SO MUCH BETTER!!!!!!"

"Protect Cache at all costs my heart is breaking for him," said a third, while a fourth penned: "This is so hard to watch! Cach crying really breaks my heart."

"Okay now seeing Cach cry? My heart is breaking for this poor boy. He has a heart of gold," another heartbroken fan wrote, as another agreed: "Nah, seeing 2 men like this is so beautiful. A man crying & being comforted by another man. Wow. Heart warming scenes man."

"I just love when we see positive displays of male emotional vulnerability. That entire interaction between Ty and Cach was so sweet," another wrote.

It came just days after Shakira called things of with Ty, moments after they'd been voted the most compatible couple by the public. Shakira and Conor then continued to explore their connection, after becoming close friends throughout the series.

Tonight, the couple took their relationship to the next level as they shared a kiss on the terrace. But are they really endgame?
