Coronation Street's Lauren Bolton star Cait Fitton appeared to confirm her ITV soap future on Thursday's Lorraine.
The actress, 23, who has played Lauren since 2022, has had her fair share of dramatic storylines over the years.
Soap watchers will recall that Lauren was part of a huge storyline last year, where she was presumed dead after going missing.

However, Lauren, who was pregnant, had secretly gone into hiding after being abused by solicitor Joel Deering and left for dead following a violent attack.
Lauren returned to the cobbles after employer and friend Roy Cropper was accused of her murder.
It was at this time Lauren had to tell Joel about her pregnancy and he bought her silence by promising a new life for her and the baby in Ireland.
However, it was clear Joel was more dangerous than ever and Lauren ended up killing him in self-defence to protect Max Turner.
In recent episodes, Lauren accidentally took LSD at Aadi Alahan's midsummer party. Aadi had intended to take the LSD himself but after leaving his drink unattended, an oblivious Lauren drunk the cup thinking it was her beverage.
Lauren suffered terrifying hallucinations where she saw late abuser Joel and she has since been left traumatised by the ordeal.
In recent scenes, Lauren has grown close to Aadi without realising he's to blame for her terrifying experience.
And in episodes next week, Aadi admits to Lauren that he likes her too and the pair share a kiss.
Talking about her time on Corrie so far and the current storyline with Aadi, Cait teased: "Aadi didn't do it deliberately but the fact that he hasn't come clean about it, I think that's going to have its consequences."
Later in the show, host Lorraine Kelly said of Cait's future: "What I love about you, you are living your dream. You absolutely love it. She's [Lauren] not going anywhere!" to which Cait confirmed: "No!"
At the end of the interview, Lorraine, 65, declared: "Thank you for coming in, you're a breath of fresh air and I want you to be on that street for as long as Ken Barlow, so there!"
Taking to Instagram, Cait also shared updates before and after her television interview. She penned on one photo: "Tune into @lorraine at 9am to catch me talking about what's coming up for Lauren on the cobbles" with a heart emoji.
She added in a second post: "Thank you for having me @lorraine @lorrainekellysmith."
Coronation Street continues on Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 8pm on ITV and ITV X.
