Bagging a is the top every day thrill for British people, a new survey has found.
Out of those polled, 41% said getting a good on an item was the most likely thing to bring a to their face. This was followed by the very British trait of being in an orderly queue and enjoying a nice glass of.
Rounding off the top five were eating a piece of chocolate cake and receiving a smile from a stranger. What also thrilled Britons was pairing a cuppa with a biscuit, parking correctly first time and sleeping in fresh bedsheets.
The research also showed that the average person experiences 16 little thrills a week - and 60% love to embrace these small moments. Two thirds said it's important to get a thrill where you can, especially with the way life is at the moment - but one in five people wish their life was more exciting.
Rosie Fitzgerald, cashback expert and head of brand at , which compiled the poll, said: “It’s clear from the research that the majority of us are looking for little thrilling moments that we can celebrate and enjoy."
