Scuba diving is one of those adventure sports that finds a place on many bucket lists but often gets overlooked when planning a vacation. However, with a stunning 7,500 km coastline, India offers some exceptional dive spots that are PADI (Professional Association of Diving Instructors) certified and absolutely worth exploring.

There’s nothing quite like the thrill of taking your first breath underwater and being surrounded by vibrant coral reefs and schools of colorful fish—it’s an experience that leaves many hooked for life.

Whether you’re already a certified diver or just starting out, India has dive locations that cater to all skill levels. The best part? PADI courses here are surprisingly affordable compared to other international diving destinations.
