How to eat turmeric for fatty liver
Experts say that there is a herb that shows amazing effect in curing the problem of fatty liver. This herb is turmeric, which is full of medicinal properties. This special type of turmeric can be used to cure fatty liver. Both Ayurveda and science consider turmeric as a powerful healing agent. All the properties in turmeric depend on the curcumin compound. Turmeric gets anti-inflammatory and anti-oxidants from curcumin.
To treat fatty liver, you will need Lakadong Turmeric. You can drink this turmeric milk. To make it, take a glass of milk, add half a teaspoon of Lakadong Turmeric and a little honey or sugar candy for taste and boil it. Drink this golden milk every night before sleeping. This will not only detox the liver but will also help you sleep better.
Turmeric decoction
To get rid of the problem of fatty liver, turmeric decoction can be made and drunk. Boil half a teaspoon of Lakadong turmeric and one teaspoon of crushed ginger in a cup of water. After cooking it for 5 to 7 minutes, filter it and add a little lemon juice and drink it early in the morning on an empty stomach.
Turmeric paste
Turmeric paste can be eaten by adding it to vegetables or lentils. Those who do not like turmeric milk or turmeric decoction can consume turmeric in this way. Mix Lakadong turmeric with water and prepare a paste. This turmeric can be eaten by adding half a teaspoon of it to vegetables.
