Green tea contains antioxidants that help free the body from toxic elements. It also improves metabolism and can help in reducing weight.

Now eat fresh fruits.

Get a good sleep
Often during festivals, one is not able to sleep well. Whereas 7-8 hours of sleep is necessary for detoxification of the body. In such a situation, good sleep increases your body's metabolism and accelerates the process of removing toxic elements.
