Mumbai, April 22 (IANS) Bollywood actor Tiger Shroff, who is known for his nail-biting action sequences and fitness dedication, did deadlifts with a whopping 180 kgs at the gym after a grueling 10-hour shoot.
Tiger took to Instagram, where he shared a video. In the clip, the actor’s trainer is seen putting wrist supporters on the “Heropanti” actor ahead of picking up the weight.
Before he starts, the actor is heard saying: “Shooting ke baad, 180 kilo.”
Tiger then does six repetitions of deadlifts with the weight and his trainer can be heard pumping him up from the back.
After he finishes, Tiger tells his trainer: “Chachu bahut light hai!”
The actor went on to caption the post: “180 kgs still feeling light after 10 hrs of action…still the strongest in the room.”
Tiger is currently busy with the fourth installment of “Baaghi”, which is slated for September 5 release. It was on November 18 last year, when the film was announced. It will be directed by A. Harsha.
Tiger took to his Instagram handle, where he shared a poster of the film, where he is seen sitting on a toilet seat with a knife and a bottle of alcohol. The entire walls, floor and his face has blood marks. The poster also features some dead men lying on the floor.

Talking about the franchise, “Baaghi”, an action thriller, first released in 2016 and was directed by Sabbir Khan. A partial remake of the 2004 Telugu film “Varsham” with a climax inspired by the 2011 Indonesian film “The Raid: Redemption”. The film had Tiger, Shraddha Kapoor and Sudheer Babu.
“Baaghi 2”, which was directed by Ahmed Khan, released in 2018. It was a remake of the Telugu film “Kshanam”. The second installment had Tiger alongside Disha Patani, Manoj Bajpayee, Darshan Kumar, Prateik Babbar, Randeep Hooda, Deepak Dobriyal and Arravya Sharma.
The third installment of the movie, which was again directed by Ahmed Khan, was partially inspired from Tamil film Vettai, stars Tiger Shroff, Riteish Deshmukh and Shraddha Kapoor in lead roles.
On March 2, Tiger reflected on how the series not only gave him an identity but is also helping him evolve as an actor.
He wrote, “The franchise that gave me an identity and allowed me to express my eagerness to prove myself as an action hero…is now the franchise that is changing my identity. Hes def not the same this time but i hope you guys accept him the way you did 8 years ago #grattitude #SajidNadiadwala’s #Baaghi4 Directed by @nimmaaharsha.(sic)”
