Mumbai: Team India Cricketer Shivam Dube Buys Two Luxury Apartments Worth ₹ 27.50 Crore In Oshiwara

Team India cricketer Shivam Dube has reportedly purchased two apartments in Mumbai's Andheri West area of Oshiwara. Both apartments are located on the 17th and 18th levels of a residential project named DLH Enclave.

According to property registration documents reviewed by online property portal squareyards.com on the website of the Inspector General of Registration (IGR), the registration was done in June 2025.

The two apartments is brought for for ₹ 27.50 crore with a total area of 9,603 sq ft. The apartment and three parking spaces were purchased from Dev Land and Housing Limited. The transaction was registered on June 20, 2025, for which a total stamp duty of ₹1.65 crore and registration charges of ₹ 30,000 were paid.

According to Hindustan Times report, the building offers views of the mangroves and creek and is home to several high-profile residents, including comedian Kapil Sharma, singer Mika Singh, and the late actor Irrfan Khan

Shivam Dube's cricketing career

Shivam Dube plays his domestic cricket for Mumbai. He is part of the Chennai Super Kings team in the Indian Premier League (IPL).  He was notably retained by Chennai Super Kings for a hefty sum of ₹12 Crore ahead of the IPL 2025 season. Dube made his international debut for the Indian cricket team in November 2019 and was part of the squad that won the 2024 T20 World Cup.

Dube's net worth is estimated to be around ₹25 crore, primarily earned through his IPL salary, international match fees, and endorsement deals.
