The Man Behind the Name: Dr. Siddhant Bhargava

Dr. Siddhant Bhargava has carved a niche for himself in the world of health and wellness. As a co-founder of the successful diet food delivery platform Food Darzee, he has guided countless individuals—especially celebrities—on their fitness journeys. Besides Alia Bhatt, his clientele includes Ananya Panday and Sara Ali Khan. He pursued his medical degree at the esteemed Topiwala National Medical College & BYL Nair Charitable Hospital in Mumbai.

However, Siddhant's professional journey has been anything but linear. Despite his medical education, his career took a sharp turn due to life-threatening health issues. He was diagnosed with lupus, a complex autoimmune condition, at the age of 20. The disease wreaked havoc on his body—affecting his skin, hair, lungs, and major organs like the liver and kidneys. He recounted how severe the condition was, sharing that his appearance drastically changed, and at times people couldn’t recognize if he was even human. At one point, he was on an extremely high dose of steroids—1,500 mg daily—and lacked immunity to fend off any infection.

Siddhant’s troubles did not end there. After establishing Food Darzee and enjoying a wave of professional success, he was dealt another blow. He was diagnosed with stage 2 thyroid cancer—an inoperable condition—adding another daunting chapter to his already challenging life. In an episode of Shark Tank India, Siddhant opened up about this turbulent journey. He candidly discussed how he had envisioned a life in medicine, only to be pushed in a different direction due to his health.

During the show, he introduced his stress-relief gadget brand, InnerGize, developed alongside two fellow doctors, Shalmali and Mitansh. Siddhant explained that the idea for InnerGize was born from his own struggles—both physical and emotional. The brand was designed to offer practical solutions for people dealing with stress and burnout, something he knows intimately well.

From Survivor to Social Media Star

Beyond his clinical and entrepreneurial achievements, Dr. Siddhant Bhargava has built a significant presence on social media. With over 640,000 followers on Instagram, he shares insights about nutrition, fitness, mental health, and his personal battles. Through this platform, he not only educates but also inspires thousands of people who may be navigating similar challenges.

Despite the numerous roadblocks he has faced, Siddhant continues to redefine success. His engagement to Mahima is yet another reminder that even amidst adversity, love, hope, and resilience can flourish.
