October 18, 2024, was a day to remember in cricket, and will certainly be cherished for a long time. The red-ball team put forth a spirited performance in the second Test against England to register their first Test victory in home conditions in 1348 days.
After a thumping loss by an innings and 47 runs in the first Test, a plethora of changes were made in the roster as red-ball mainstays like , Shaheen Afridi, and Naseem Shah were excluded from Pakistan's plans.
Meanwhile, former Pakistan skipper Mohammad Hafeez took to X and stated that what Pakistan needed was match-winning contributions and not factories hell-bent on marketing their favourite players.
Pakistan cricket need impactful performances like Kamran Ghulam 💯, Salman Agha 50, Sajid khan 9 wickets & Noman Ali 11 wickets for winning cause. Surely not PR agencies……
