Speaking of the upgrades, one of the biggest highlights of the new variant is its larger 52.9 kWh battery pack, offering a claimed range of up to 449 km on a full charge. Besides that, it is still powered by the same motor which is rated for 136 hp and 200 Nm of peak torque. Moreover, the Windsor Pro supports a 7.4kWh AC charger for a full charge in around 9.5 hours, and 60kW DC fast charging that charges from 20% to 80% in just 50 minutes.
Speaking of cosmetic changes, the Pro variant benefits from redesigned 18-inch alloy wheels and that’s pretty much it. It will also be available in three new colour options namely, Celadon Blue, Glaze Red, and Aurora Silver.
Another key addition is the introduction of Vehicle-to-Load (V2L) and Vehicle-to-Vehicle (V2V) charging capabilities. These features allow the car to power external devices or even charge other EVs.
In terms of design and equipment, the Windsor Pro carries forward popular features from the current model, such as a 15.6-inch touchscreen infotainment system, 8.8-inch digital driver’s display, panoramic glass roof, wireless phone charger, a 9-speaker Infinity sound system, 360-degree camera, electronic parking brake, and six airbags. However, the cabin now gets a two-tone ivory and black finish. And lastly, it also comes with a powered tailgate to enhance convenience.
