Good news for young candidates looking for government jobs! Indo-Tibetan Border Police (ITBP) has released notification for various posts of the Telecommunication Department. Eligible candidates can apply online from 15th November at recruitment.itbpolice.nic.in, the last date for application is 14th December. Here are the key details:

Vacancies and Roles

A total of 526 posts are to be recruited:

Sub-Inspector (Telecom): 92 posts

Head Constable (Telecom): 383 posts

Constable (Telecom): 51 posts

Out of these, 447 posts are reserved for male candidates and 79 for female candidates.

Eligibility Criteria

Age Limit: Sub-Inspector candidates must be between 20-25 years of age, Head Constables between 18-25 years of age, and Constables between 18-23 years of age. Reserved category candidates are eligible for age relaxation as per government rules.

Education: Sub-inspector applicants require a BSc, BTech, or BCA. Head constables must be 12th pass with PCM, ITI, or relevant engineering diploma. Constables must be 10th pass.

Selection Process and Salary

The selection process consists of four stages: PET and PST, written exam, document verification, and medical exam. Salary range by post: Sub-Inspector (₹35,400–₹1,12,400), Head Constable (₹25,500–₹81,100), and Constable (₹21,700–₹69,100).
