Strictly Come Dancing viewers were left swooning over Nikita Kuzmin as he debuted a new look for tonight's Halloween special.

The BBC hit competition returned to our TV screens on Saturday (October 26) for another nail-biting show. Things heated up as the remaining celebs geared up to battle it out to secure their place in the competition.

This week, the couples went all out with their routines and costumes for Halloween week with performances inspired by The Rocky Horror Picture Show and Beetlejuice Beetlejuice this year.

The judges also put out all the stops for the spooky season as viewers saw Craig Revel Horwood and Anton Du Beke as the twins from The Shining, Motsi Mabuse as Cruella de Vill, and as Winifred Sanderson.

However, professional dancer Nikita surprised viewers by stripping off during his jive with celebrity dance partner Sam.

The duo started the routine off in Brad and Janet's conservative clothing before they ripped off their clothes to reveal the iconic Rocky Horror racy corset outfits.

Motsi said the performance was the 'cherry on the cake' of a fantastic show. The duo received 31 points, Sam's best score in the competition.

Viewers watching at home wasted no time rushing straight to social media to share their reaction to the star's transformation.

One viewer took to X, formerly known as and said: “I’m sorry, but seeing Nikita in black suspenders is, well, rather special #Strictly #RockyHorror.”

Another wrote: “Nikita's costume is something I didn't know I needed in my life #StrictlyComeDancing.” A third swooned: “Well, I'm looking at Nikita in a whole new way tonight #StrictlyComeDancing #strictly.”

During tomorrow night's results show, the professional dancers will treat fans to a Beetlejuice-inspired performance.

The dancers will showcase a routine, choreographed by Matt Flint that sees Carlos Gu dressed as the lead character of Tim Burton’s 1988 horror comedy film – and its sequel, released last month.

Last week, viewers witnessed football legend Paul Merson and his dance partner Karen Hauer being eliminated from the show.

They lost the dreaded dance-off against JLS star JB Gill and his professional dance partner Amy Dowden, who performed their jive to Outkast's Hey Ya!

Despite their Samba performance at Rose Royce's Car Wash, the couple couldn't secure their place in the competition, scoring a mere 19 points out of a possible 40 from the judges.

Strictly Come Dancing airs Saturdays and Sundays on BBC One
