Latest Tottenham injury news for AZ Alkmaar as Son Heung-min training absence explained

Tottenham will be hoping to make it three consecutive Europa League victories when they meet AZ Alkmaar on Thursday night (8pm). Spurs bounced back from a defeat to Brighton before October's international break with a dominant win over West Ham this past weekend.
