An update has emerged regarding future at Arsenal as speculation continues around the midfielder's contract situation.
Partey's current deal with the is set to expire at the end of the season, with the Ghana international playing a key role in the club's success so far this term.

Speculation has been swirling as to whether or not Partey will put pen to paper on a new contract to extend his stay at , and now a fresh update has emerged.
According to , Arsenal have opened talks with Partey and his representatives over a new deal before the current terms expire at the end of the season.
The report states that Partey is seeking a two-year contract extension to remain at the and would apparently also be open to a one-year deal with the option of a further year.
It has also been claimed that Partey is happy to stay with Arsenal, but is apparently prepared to assess options that arrive from other clubs if an agreement is not reached with the Gunners.
Arteta was recently asked about the latest on Partey's future, and if there have been any developments regarding a contract extension for the Arsenal midfielder.
The Gunners boss stated that recently-appointed sporting director Andrea Berta is overseeing the current contract negotiations.
"Yes, there is progress with all the players. I'll leave that to Andrea [Berta] and the club to decide and to talk about," Arteta told reporters last Friday.
"The intention is very clear. I'll leave that to Andrea and the club to take a step forward."
